We want you to love your ELSE pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or seamless exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original shipping box or a similar secure mailer, ensuring all original designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.

• 3.
  Affix Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then secure it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
